Our Providers

  Chris M. Antolak, MD

Chris Antolak is a family physician providing full-spectrum care with special interests in sports injuries and pediatrics. He also specializes in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain, voiding and sexual dysfunction. Dr. Antolak received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. His personal interests include spending time with his family, outdoor activities, and providing medical coverage for local sports teams.

  Ronda Bertsch, PA-C

Ronda Bertsch is a physician assistant with special interest in family practice, pediatrics and dermatology.
Ms. Bertsch completed the Augsburg College Physician Assistant program in 2001. She is certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. She is a member of the Minnesota Academy of Physician Assistants (MAPA) and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She served as a member of the MAPA Board of Directors in various capacities for many years.
She enjoys spending time with her husband and son. Ronda has been active in theatre and music and enjoys boating, fishing, and travel.

  Dan R. Dunsworth, MD

Dan R. Dunsworth is a family physician with special interest in internal medicine, pediatrics and adolescents.
Dr. Dunsworth grew up in Los Angeles, CA. He completed his undergraduate studies at UCLA and attended Rush Medical College in Chicago, IL. He completed his residency at St. Paul Ramsey. Prior to coming to Silver Lake Clinic, Dr. Dunsworth was in private practice in the North Suburban area for 20 years.
He is married and has one daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and traveling.

  Benjamin Felty, DPM

Benjamin Felty, DPM, specializes in disorders and injuries of the foot and ankle. He attended the University of Minnesota –Duluth for his undergraduate degree. Dr. Felty completed his medical education at the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in North Chicago, IL and his did his surgical training at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in La Crosse, WI.
Dr. Felty is Board Qualified in foot surgery and rearfoot and ankle reconstruction. He enjoys treating common conditions such as heel pain, bunions, hammertoes, flat feet, and care of the diabetic patient, including wound care. He also treats injuries and fractures of the foot and ankle, including sports-related injuries and injuries associated with trauma.
Dr. Felty is a native of Minnesota and is an outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and likes sports, camping, hiking, canoeing, biking, and boating.

  Diana C. Liu, MD
Diana Liu is originally from New York, receiving her Bachelor of Sciences degree from Cornell University. She received her Doctorate of Medicine degree from Albany Medical College and completed her residency through the University of Minnesota Medical Center.
Dr. Liu is interested in all aspects of family medicine, including pediatrics, sports medicine and women's health. She performs a wide variety of procedures including colposcopy. She had enjoyed practicing at Silver Lake clinic since 1998.
Her hobbies include running, cross-country skiing, biking, hiking and ultimate frisbee. She loves the beautiful lakes and parks of Minnesota and enjoys living here with her husband and two daughters.

  Patrick Loew, PA-C
Patrick Loew is a physician assistant with a special interest in family practice and acute care.
Patrick completed the University of Wisconsin-Madison Physician Assistant Program in 1988, and began practicing at St. Paul Ramsey Emergency Room. He has been with Silver Lake Clinic since 1991.
He is certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants, and is registered by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. He is a member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Minnesota Academy of Physician Assistants.
Patrick has been married since 1988. He enjoys golf, fishing, spending time up north with his family, in addition to watching and coaching hockey and baseball with his children.

  Leslie Norton, MD
Leslie Norton is a family physician with special interest in preventative health, women's health and pediatrics.
A native of Minnesota, Dr. Norton received her BA from Gustavus Adolphus College and her medical degree from the University of Minnesota. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Riverside Medical Center. She has been a Family Physician at Silver Lake Clinic since 1993.
Dr. Norton is board-certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a member of the Minnesota Academy of Family Practice and the Hennepin County Medical Society. She is married and enjoys raising her three children. Her hobbies include playing tennis, walking, biking, swimming, outdoor activities, and gardening. .

  Suzanne Pauly, MD
Suzanne Pauly is a family physician with Silver Lake Clinic. She practices full-spectrum family medicine including prenatal care and obstetrics. Her other special interests include women's health, care of children and adolescents and sports medicine.
Dr. Pauly received her B.A. in biology from Gustavus Adolphus College, attended medical school at the University of Minnesota, and completed her residency in family medicine at the Allina-United Family Medicine, St. Paul, Minnesota. She is a member of the AAFP and MAFP and is board -certified in Family practice.
She and her husband, Jason, enjoy spending time with their children and black lab as well as out door activities like fishing, camping and travel.

  Gerald A. Pitzl, MD
A native of Minnesota, Dr. Pitzl received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota in 1978 and completed his residency in Family Practice from North Memorial Medical Center in 1981.
Dr. Pitzl is a member of the Academy of Family Practice, Minnesota Academy of Family Practice, Hennepin County Academy of Family Practice, American Medical Association, Minnesota Medical Association, and Hennepin County Medical Association. He has been board certified and re-certified since 1981.
He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
Dr. Pitzl is active in sports. He enjoys spending time with his five children and his grandchildren.

  Amy O. Scheller, PA-C
Amy O. Scheller is a physician assistant who enjoys Family Medicine as it allows for comprehensive care of patients and families. She has been at Silver Lake Clinic since April 1999. Prior to that, she spent five years in Emergency Medicine at Regions (then St. Paul Ramsey) Hospital. Her special interests include women's health and acute care.
Ms. Scheller received her PA degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Family Medicine. She is certified by the NCCPA and is registered with the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. She is a member of both the AAPA and MAPA.
Amy is married and spends most of her spare time with her husband and son. She also enjoys reading, crossword puzzles, exercise, and time with family and friends.

  Michael Stoesz, MD
Michael Stoesz is a family physician with special interest in sports medicine and care of the adult male.
Dr. Stoesz received his medical degree in 1986, and completed his residency in Family Practice in 1989, both at the University of Minnesota. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Stoesz is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice MAFP and the Hennepin County Medical Association.
He enjoys the wide-ranging challenges of Family Practice, caring for families with newborns to families with elderly in need of medical care.
His personal interests include hiking, biking and fishing. He is married and has three boys.

  M. Angelique Struyk, MD
M. Angelique Struyk is a family physician with special interest in comprehensive patient care including obstetrics and Pediatrics.
Dr. Struyk received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota in 1995 and completed her residency at the University of Minnesota Department of Family Practice, North Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Struyk is board-certified by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice, and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, and the Minnesota Medical Association.
Her personal interests include camping, hiking, canoeing, running, tennis, swimming and biking as well as gourmet cooking, traveling and spending time with her husband, three children and two yellow labs.
